Promotion

The happiest day of 2010, since the first few days of 2010 has been the worst.

Came in early in the morning and had a mail from Boss informing me about my promotion. Made my entire week :):):) Broke the good news to Hubby, parents and LY. After 8 hours, I'm still feeling happy :)

Princess has constipation. Googled and came out with 2 lists - to buy list and a ban list. No more white bread, yogurt, cheese. Only prunes, pears, plums, apricots, oatmeals. Going to stock up after work today :)

Watched Couples Retreat today. There was no chemistry between the couples, which the movie very forgettable. But, the end credit song made me hooked and I wanted to listen to the entire song. Googles and found the song's title's Sanja by AR Rahman (of slumdog movie) and this song's nominated for oscars! Really good song! Will look for it tomorrow :) New word:asstastic

Aftermath

The aftermath of my flooded bag --> my dying iPod. Ipod doesn't seem to work properly today (read: not detected by iTunes, battery not charging). Sigh.

On another note, work isn't progressing as well. I'm stuck here, with no connection to any of the machines. So, work is stalled.

Just found out a pair of close couple has broken up. Suspected it for a while through girlfriend's various breakup-related status although boyfriend denied. Wish they could patch things up if they could work things out.

Hubby's back from JB & coming over for dinner :):):)
